Bandhavya, a Sanskrit term means ‘Relationship’. Bandhavya – The Premier Relationship Management Academy of Tharuni, provides services to strengthen and support all the relationships in your life – with self, your partner, your family, your children, your employer/employee, and your teacher/student and any other relationship to occur within life’s eventual transitions. - To inculcate parents with parenting techniques including, disciplining a child, managing gadgets & children, etc.
- Helps groom the to-be married couple on marriage, relationship management and conflict resolution in marriages.
- Prepares couples (both married and unmarried) on overcoming marital discord, occurring due to defined gender roles and ego.
- To train working individuals on professional success, behavioural & managerial skills, conflict resolution in relationships at workplace, avoiding workplace harassment, gender at work place, etc
- Improves the teacher-student-parent relationships and classroom management.
- Educates the trainers on various aspects related to the vision and mission of the trust
- To extend therapy and psychological counselling to those in need.
- Teaches students and unemployed people on employability skills and other soft skills
- To give counselling on various issues like parenting, marital problems, pre-marital, adolescent & teenagers, child counselling, etc
- Extends rehabilitation, counselling and support to victims of violence and abuse.
- To offer legal aid & counselling to the people who require legal support.
- Trains teachers on positive discipline, child rights, child related laws against corporal punishment.
